Working out is good for the body and mind. If you aren’t doing it, you are missing out.
Working out is cool because I feel strong and I can run really far and I can jump really high and I can be an acrobat.
I’ve gained around 25 pounds, and lost about 10, but I am going to gain starting fall once I begin lifting.
I miss wrestling so much now. Wrestling isn’t just a sport, it’s life. It was everything I talked about and thought about. If I could just have more time with it, I would be one of the happiest people ever. Even though it’s over I’m definitely be apart of it somehow.
